PwnMe CTF is a CTF hosted by Phreaks 2600 and École 2600. The CTF takes place in two phases: online qualifications and the finals, on site in Montigny-le-Bretonneux, France at École 2600.

There is no limit on the number of people who may participate in a single team in the quals.
Up to 8 academic and professional teams will be allowed to play the PwnMe CTF finals. The finals will take place physically in 2600 Campus (Montigny-le-bretonneux). Only 4 players per team will be allowed to play the finals. Remote players are not allowed.
Sharing flags or solutions during the contest is strictly prohibited. This action is subject to disqualification.
Attacking machines other than those designated as PwnMe CTF 2025 target machines is prohibited.
If you find a bug in the contest infrastructure you should report it.
2600 students/staff can take part in the quals but are not allowed to qualify for the finals.
If you are not sure if something is a violation of the rules, it probably is.
The CTF organizers reserve the right to modify the rules at any time.
